All permanent vacancies, as may be determined by the number of teaching periods
will be filled by the school, inviting applications through newspaper
advertisements, handbills, Cable TV and through other media. The vacancies are
announced every year in the month of January. The school fills the vacancies well
before June every year.

Teachers, who form the core element of the School are selected after a thorough process of interviewing and evaluation. The important criteria for selection being their academic, teaching and presentation skills and also their ideological, ethical and moral orientation. Fluency in english is an important criterion for selection.

The Panel conducting the interview includes, the Principal, specialist subject teachers and the school's academic advisors.

The canditates are given a written test in their subject and also English and General knowledge.

The answer scripts are valued and the eligible candidates are subject to the process of face-to-face interview and also demonstration classes. During the process of face-to-face interview the canditates are given enough time and opportunities to prove their suitability for the job.
