INSTALLATION FUNCTION OF INTERACT CLUB

Interact Clubs bring young people of ages 12-18 together to cultivate headship traits. Its the prime duty of our Dr.GSK Matric School, to develop many eminent leaders in our school and to inculcate the leadership qualities cum to imbibe charity visions in the young minds. So, we stepped forward to the installation of the Interact Club.

The installation function of new office bearers for the GSK Interact Club was organized in a grandeur manner.

Rtn.J. Rajkumar- president, Rotary Club of Kumbakonam presided over the function in the presence of Rtn. A.L.S.Meyappah, Assistant Governor, Zone- 10, Rtn. V.Balamurugan, Secretary- RC of Kumbakonam, Rtn. P.S.Seshadri, Rotary Foundation, Alumni.

To beseech the sanctifications of the Almighty, the programme commenced with the prayer song by our teachers. Our dedicated Principal Mrs. Suganya Sivamani, a person of innovative ideas, delivered her mind-boggling, inspiring welcome speech. Rotarian Rajkumar declared E.V.Kovilan, as the student President of the year 20-21. Our new President has a remarkable countenance with vibrant energy and he is always prepared to assume responsibilities.

Rotarian Balamurugan handed over the Charter to Atchaya, a valiant student, who constantly shows great dedication towards social skills.

All the dignitaries shared their views on the Rotary Club services rendered all around the world, in regard to polio eradication and other assistance. Ajay, the Secretary of 2018-19 briefed us with the events revolved around the Interact Club. K.C.Thamizhalagan, President of 2018-19, shared his outlooks persisted in the privileged post and the services he has rendered.
