Annual Day Celebration -2024

    The Annual Day Celebration at Dr. GSK Mat. Hr. Sec. School was a remarkable event that united together the students, faculty, parents, and distinguished guests to celebrate the achievements and cultural diversity of our institution. The twilight hour was filled with captivating performances.Our Honourable Trustee of GKR foundation, Mrs.Priya Muralidharan ,our dynamic CEO,Rtn.Murali Rao and Principal Mr.Ganesan grandeured the occasion,with their gracious presence.

     We commenced our celebration with the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. Our choir students filled the air with melodies of devotion and peace, through a prayer song. Mrs R..Suganthi, HOD of the Language department delivered her gracious and warm welcome to all the attendees.

    Students from various grades came together to present a heartwarming group song, which showcased their unity, harmony, and musical talent. The mesmerizing innovacation dance invoked blessings and positivity for the journey ahead through their graceful movements and rhythmic expressions. The stage came alive with the enchanting enactment of Shakespeare's classic comedy, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," by our talented students, showcasing their acting and creativity.

    A thought-provoking and entertaining Hindi Skit titled " Avoid Junk Food"was performed by the students, which highlighted the importance of healthy eating habits and the dangers of junk food addiction. The rich cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu was brought to life through a captivating Tamil Skit,depicting the life and teachings of the saint Thirumular.

    Our students performed a Multilingual Conversation about the G20 summit, which demonstrated their linguistic proficiency and knowledge of global affairs.The celebration was highlighted by the annual report rendered by our Principal , Mr.Ganesan and by the students- V.Saisree of grade XI and N.Abirami  of grade X,which presented the overview of our school's accomplishments and initiatives.

    The unveiling of the annual bulletin provided insights  of the academic year's highlights. Sponsors were honored and acknowledged by our Reverened Trustee, Mrs.Priya Muralidharan, for their invaluable contributions. She delivered an inspiring address emphasizing the importance of education in shaping young minds and empowering future leaders.

    The evening celebration culminated in a spectacular dance performances by various groups of students with different choreography, dazzling costumes, and pulsating music, leaving the audience exhilarated and enthralled. The cultural legacy of Lord Meenakshi was celebrated through captivating performances by the students, which showcased the devotion, spirituality, and cultural richness of our heritage. The celebration concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Ms.Porkodi - English teacher, expressing gratitude to all, who made the day special. The celebration concluded with Mangalam.
